Our public adjusting work draws on a background in field and desk adjusting roles on the insurance side. That background gives us a useful view of how damage is inspected and how an estimate is reviewed after the site visit.

We bring more than two decades of Xactimate estimating experience and several years of insurance appraisal work. Those are distinct parts of our background, each contributing to a careful review of repair scope, quantities, photographs, and the information supporting a loss.

Our goal is to explain the damage clearly, without adding items that cannot be supported. Photos, measurements, repair information, and a close look at the affected materials help build that explanation. We're willing to say when the evidence does not support a proposed claim item.

Water losses are a particular area of experience, alongside wind, hail, fire, and contents losses. Looking beyond a visible stain or damaged surface can matter, but any additional work still needs a sound reason and clear documentation.

Property owners should not have to guess where things stand. We use calls, texts, and follow-up conversations to keep clients informed and explain what information is still needed. We're also candid that a claim or appraisal can take time.
